Final Assault a été fondé en 1997 et depuis les quatre musiciens qui le composent se donnent les moyens de réussir car ils écument les concours ou autres tremplins locaux et c'est comme cela qu'ils parviennent à en décrocher un qui leur ouvrira les portes du studio pour une première réalisation en 1999.
C'est début 2001 qu'ils décident de faire leur premier album. Celui-ci est à tendance très Heavy Metal avec quelques riffs thrashy. La maîtrise des instruments est là (comme les nombreux solos etc...) mais la production franchement très moyenne enlève beaucoup à la réussite de cet album. En effet, le son est très brut et parfois le chant manque de justesse...
Malgré ses petites imperfections, le tout ne manque pas de créativités, de motivations et d'émotions. Final Assault, un groupe à soutenir et à suivre en espérant un album avec une meilleure production qui développera toute l'ampleur adéquat à ce combo.
