NOXIOUS ENJOYEMENT (FRA) - Whore-King-Class (2002)

Après 5 ans de répétition, de difficultés à concilier les divers engagements des membres du groupe, une maquette et quelques participations à des compilations Hardcore, NOXIOUS ENJOYEMENT prend enfin le temps de réaliser un album, "Whore King Class" qui sort le 29/10/02.
On commencera par présenter la composition du groupe qui n'est pas négligeable :
Il y a K-shoo, le chanteur, ex-DIRTY DISTRICT et ex-BOOST, Stéphane "Crossover" à la guitare, Phil et Daniel de LOFOFORA (pas ex, heureusement, il nous manquerait) à la basse et Guitare, et enfin Maya ex-CALL US AS YOU WISH. Le tout donne un mélange assez corrosif dans son ensemble.
Avec tout ça on obtient 12 titres coup de poing, dont un en français, dans lequel le chanteur a tendance à mieux mettre en valeur ses réelles capacités vocales.
Côté parole, AMES SENSIBLES, S'ABSTENIR ! La composition des textes semble être la partie exclusive de K-shoo (cf. interview) qui se qualifie lui-même de personne intolérante et "crue". Donc il ne faudra pas être surpris quant à l'agressivité voir même la haine qui se dégage des textes.
Musicalement, on reconnaîtra aisément la griffe punchie de LOFOFORA qui ravit toujours les fidèles admirateurs et admiratrices (il ne faut surtout pas les oublier!!!)
Bref un album agréable, qui ne propose rien de réellement nouveau, mais avec lequel on passe un bon moment.
Info à savoir : NOXIOUS ENJOYEMENT sera en concert avec DOWNSET à la Boule Noire à Paris le 28/10/02, à Rennes aux Jardins Modernes le 29/10/02 et à Bordeaux au Koslow le 30/10/02.
