Alors là tu t'prends une gamelle ! La musique est totalement en phase avec mon humeur du moment : c'est du Black Metal glacial, dépressif et nécromélancolique tout droit descendu des contrées nordiques. Le titre principal a un excellent son de guitare, même si le second semble plus faiblard. Est-ce que tous les morceaux ont été enregistrés au même endroit ? Je ne crois pas, en raison de la qualité du son qui varie énormément entre chaque titre. "Winds of Destruction", avec ses guitares étouffées par la brume, sonne même comme du Rock. "Masticatione Mortuorum" en revanche s'élève nettement au-dessus du lot. Il décrit avec une minutie dérangeante les sphères morbides des royaumes obscurs. Mais encore une fois le son est assez horripilant. À noter à la fin, une reprise sympa de CELTIC FROST : "Procreation of the Wicked", qui nous replonge dans l'ambiance du début des 80's avec un son "revisité". Voilà un groupe qui a un urgent besoin d'une production décente ! Faites un effort !
